Sicilian Deep Dish Pizza & Grandma Pie

Sal’s Sicilian deep dish pie and Grandma Pie are square cut and are two of our most popular menu items. If you are wondering what the difference is between the two, our Sicilian pie is made with a thick crust and traditional pizza sauce. Our Grandma Pie is made with a medium crust and a special, secret sauce, to give it more depth of flavor.

Brooklyn Style Pizza

Another popular menu item that Sal’s is known for is our Brooklyn-style pizza. Brooklyn-style pizza is made with a combination of Sal’s handmade mozzarella and our house mozzarella blend. Being from New York and a picky eater, Matt would only eat Sal’s pizza when they moved to California. Out of his love for Sal and his pizza, Matt decided to create Sal’s Pizzeria so that the world could taste Sal’s delicious pizza!
