Our Pizzas
We make 3 different styles of pizza.
Grandma Style Pie
Medium Crust Pizza, Square Cut, with our Grandma Sauce on top of the cheese.
Sicilian Style Pizza
Thick Crust Pizza, Square Cut, with our Pizza Sauce and topped with Mozzarella.
NY Style Pizza
Thin Crust Pizza – a staple and a favorite amongst our loyal guests.
Our Sauces
All our sauces are made from scratch, in house with California tomatoes and fresh ingredients.
Pizza Sauce
Our pizza sauce is made from fresh San Marzano style tomatoes grown fresh on a Northern California farm.
grandma Sauce
Our Grandma sauce goes on all Grandma Style Pies, all versions of the Brooklyn Pizza as well as all versions of the Nonna Lucia. It is like our pizza sauce, but it is cooked so it has more depth of flavor and reinforced with extra Italian seasonings & spices.
Marinara Sauce
The Sauce we use for our Meatballs, Heroes & Pasta. It also comes as a side with Garlic Knots, Pinwheels & Stromboli. Premium San Marzano style tomatoes and fresh ingredients are simmered in low heat for at least 4 hours.
Meat Sauce
Our meat sauce is made from scratch in house with 100% lean ground beef.
Alfredo Sauce
Our Alfredo sauce is made with freshly sauteed garlic, parmesan and cracked black pepper.
