Sicilian Deep Dish Pizza & Grandma Pie

Sal’s Sicilian Deep Dish and Grandma Pie are both square cut, which is different than our New York-style pizza. Our Sicilian deep dish has a thick crust and is cooked with classic pizza sauce. Our Grandma Pie has a medium crust instead of being cooked with classic pizza sauce, it’s cooked in a secret sauce to give it more depth of flavor.

Brooklyn Style Pizza

You can’t go wrong with Sal’s Brooklyn-style pizza, which uses a combination of our handmade mozzarella and our house mozzarella blend. Our Brooklyn-style pizza is topped with oregano and parmesan before being cooked and is used for both NY-style pizza and Grandma-style pizza.

Our pizzeria is right next door to the movie theater and is across the street from the mall, hospital, and other major business parks. 

Sal’s Pizzeria was founded by Matt Darienzo and was named after his father-in-law Sal. Matt is from New York and was picky when it came to pizza and would only eat Sal’s pizza here in California. He decided to open a pizzeria so that everyone else could enjoy Sal’s pizza as much as he does.
