Our New York-style pizza is traditional thin crust pizza, but that isn’t all that we our known for. Sal’s Pizzeria is home to the Grandma Pie and Sicilian style pizza, both of which are square cut. Our Grandma pie has a medium crust and the sauce is cooked in a special way. Our Sicilian style pizza has thick crust and is cooked with traditional pizza sauce.

Brooklyn Style Pizza

Sal’s Pizzeria also offers Brooklyn-style pizza, which uses a combination of different mozzarellas and is topped with parmesan cheese and oregano. You have the option of choosing Brooklyn style for both our NY Pizza and our Grandma Pie.

Sal’s Pizzeria is located near Las Flores, California, and offers dine-in, delivery, and pick-up options for affordable, traditional Italian food. We are located in the Kaleidoscope Mall right next to the Regal Edwards, and we are across the street from the MV Mall and the MV Hospital. Sal’s Pizzeria is a short drive from Las Flores when you take Antonio or hop on the 5 freeway. 

Sal’s Pizzeria was founded by Matt Darienzo. Sal’s was created after Matt’s father-in-law Sal and his love for Sal’s pizza. Being from New York, Matt is really picky when it comes to pizza and would only eat Sal’s pizza when he moved to California. Since Matt loved Sal’s pizza so much, he decided to open a pizzeria so that the rest of the world could enjoy Sal’s delicious pizza as much as he does.
