Sicilian Deep Dish Pizza & Grandma Pie

Just like our Sicilian pizza, our Grandma Pie is also square cut. Our Sicilian pie is a thick crust and our Grandma Pie is a medium crust. Our Sicilian pizza uses our traditional pizza sauce and our Grandma Pie is cooked in our sauce in a special way to give it more depth of flavor.

Brooklyn Style Pizza

You can go with our Brooklyn style for both our NY Pizza and our Grandma Pie. What makes a Brooklyn style pizza is using a combination of our handmade mozzarella and our house mozzarella blend. We also dash oregano on top of the pie as well as parmesan before putting into the oven.

About Sal’s Pizzeria

Sal’s Pizzeria was created & named after the founder’s (Matt Darienzo’s) father-in-law, Sal (pictured on right), because of Matt’s love for Sal’s pizza. Sal always cooked the best pizza but unfortunately for Matt it was only at family gatherings. Sal’s Pizzeria is conveniently located in the Kaleidoscope Mall next to the Regal Edwards theater. It is across from the mall, the hospital, and other large business parks. We love serving families and businesses throughout all of San Juan Capistrano.
